For UK rail passengers

Your train was late.
Get your money back.

Trackbak keeps an eye on the journeys you make, checks how each train actually ran, and tells you when you're owed Delay Repay, and roughly how much.

How it works

  1. Add your journey

Pick your stations, date and train, and what you paid. Set it to repeat if it's your commute.

  2. We check how it ran

After you travel, Trackbak looks up the actual arrival time at your destination, including cancellations.

  3. Claim what you're owed

See which journeys qualify under your operator's own Delay Repay rules, then go straight to its claim page.

Compensation figures in the app are estimates based on each operator's published Delay Repay scheme. Your claim is made directly with the train operator, who makes the final decision. Trackbak is independent and is not affiliated with National Rail or any train operator.
